Hope is around 30 and was with two men all her life...even if she had a romance now with Tom there´d still be a long way to go before she would be like younger Brooke.

We don't know how many guys she had in Italy! She spent 3 long years there without news! When she returned from Milan it was clearly said she had other relationships! Was never specified how many, but I don't buy for a second that she didn't sleep with at least 2 or 3 other guys!

There was never any confirmation in dialogue that Hope slept around while in Milan. According to what's shown on screen, Hope has only slept with 2 men in her life..Liam and Wyatt. She's never been the type of character that would have sex with a guy she ain't in love with.

If we are going with a guessing game, I guess while Steffy was in Paris..she could've slept with 3, 4 maybe more guys?! LOL. Given that she was shown on screen needing TWO paternity tests!

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.
