Yes, he molested Brooke. Kissing an asleep woman is sexual assault. Brooke didn't consent. Then he made her think they had sex, knowing they didn't. Her marriage fell apart because of Thomas' lie.
I agree Hope could've said NO about the dress. I just think in her mind it's just professional. She is naive to think he has changed but she genuinely believes the lies he says. Thomas on the other hand... he has ulterior motives when he asks her to model for him.
