They explained yesterday and today (after people did question it) that without first degree murder Sheila would have gotten out in a few years. The plan was designed to make sure she gets life in prison (until she escapes of course ).

But they are wrong. In California, a defendant with two or more "strike" priors (a third striker) faces a minimum of 25-years-to-life in prison. This is the 3rd time Sheila was judged and thrown in jail. By the time she is released, she would be more than 90 years

Seems a lot don’t do any time if we watch the news….amazing the number freed just do it again and again ….
