Well, ithe did do some illegal things regarding the Vinny fiasco. No matter what happened, you have to report an incident to the police and let them investigate. Bill threw phones away and left the scene without calling 911. Doesn't matter if Vinny committed suicide. Bill's actions after the collision were criminal. Not enough for lifetime in jail, but certainly longer than he did sit there. He was lucky to be a filthy rich white man with lots of good contacts.

No different than the rich faux Forresters including criminal Taylor..they are rich and get away with their crimes too.

Steffy has blackmailed plenty of people in her life including Bill, so if Bill uses the same trick on her..he's giving her a taste of her own medicine. And I love it.

Yep. Does Thomas getting off scott free for Emma's murder even need to be mentioned?
