Douglas finally got this situation off his chest by telling his auntie. Now it's up to Steffy to prove she's worthy of the name Stephanie Forrester. She needs to put the info in the vault and keep her mouth shut. It makes less than zero sense for her to potentially compromise everything she's been pushing for right at the finish line so zip it.

I think she’ll come clean like Stephanie confessed the berrygate

She will wait until they say "I do" then tell, then harp at her dad that he cannot leave his WIIIFFEEEEE for Brooookkkkeee. LOL

Ridge was clearly asked about his motives and said he was NOT marrying Taylor bc of the CPS call

But we know he is marrying her because of it. In August he told Brooke he only wanted her, he did not want to be with anyone but her, those were his words. When she told him she would call CPS if she had to, he asked her not to do that, and she said she would not, unless she thought Douglas was in danger, he thanked her and kissed her when he left the house. He then went to Tom and told him about Brooke saying she would call CPS if she felt Doug was not safe, and that set this in motion Ridge then asked Tom to cool out. He left. He did not bother to tell Tom's mother anything about this stuff. He went home to Brooke that night. Then the call was made, and we saw Ridge saying Brooke would not do it. He called Brooke and asked her and she said "no, it was not her" because it was not her. He said OK and told Tom he believed her. Which said Tom in motion to call Walter and have him come over and play the call. THAT is when Ridge started falling apart. He goes to Brooke several times to ask her if she had anything to tell him, told Tom if she would only tell him the truth, etc. Then he is upset, is told Taylor is going to Aspen, gets hit on the head with the pinecone, and the WHOLE time he is thinking about Brooke. He did not once reflect back on the kisses with Taylor, he thought only of Brooke. Then he goes to Aspen, Brooke comes, he AGAIN just wants her to tell him the truth, she does not for good reason, and that is all she wrote. And even since then, he has gone to see Brooke 2-3 times, pined over her at the office, constantly staring off thinking about her, was angry as hell when he told everyone about the call.....and now we are suppose to BELIEVE that he is not with Taylor because of the call??? LOL. Yes he is, does he now have feelings for her again, sure, she fell on her back and dropped her drawers for him in a nanosecond, of course he has feelings for her. I seem to recall he was going to sacrifice himself and stay married to Shauna too, but that lasted a few hours. LOL
