Actually it was Paris who put the word "hot" in Tom´s head...but Hope didn´t say "Tom is hot", she said, and only after Paris harassing her, that she thought Tom is hot but she is married and thinks her husband is even hotter.
This is what Paris left out when telling Tom...
Exactly. Paris is a liar! Stirring trouble is what she did. She didn't tell Thomas the whole truth that Hope actually said she loves her husband and thinks that he's the hottest guy in the world. Now, delusional Thomas runs around the whole office telling everyone that Hope thinks he's "hot" and the stupid words spread like a wild fire..Finn and everyone else know about this stupid BS that Paris started.

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.
