Seems unlikely. Hope is at best giving mixed signals so she's not clearly disinterested. I think Thomas is going to get caught up and kiss her at the end of the fashion show and she'll kiss him back.

I don't think she's disinterested, I think she's totally turned off and kind of scared. I think this is building up to the end of the fashion show, too. But I think Thomas will propose to Hope, and she will be totally mortified. Everyone will then see how mentally ill Thomas really is.

If Hope was totally turned off and kind of scared, she wouldn't have taken the time for a second look when she and Paris left the office. It's not the first time she's looked back at Thomas when she thought he wasn't looking.

She looked like she was embarrassed for him. What on earth is he thinking, stripping down to his underwear at work, in the office that everyone uses, with the door unlocked? What a weirdo.

She looked like she enjoyed the show and went back for a second look.

The freak show.

Whatever you want to call it, Hope has enjoyed seeing Thomas in the flesh, and so much that she's taken a couple of second looks over the last couple of weeks.
