Ridge told her it was over. He told her it was over a second time and that he was starting annulment proceedings, packed his bag and left. He is with Taylor, blissfully happy at their old beach house. Brooke needs to let go and move on. I don't like Brooke but this is pathetic. The man has spents months with one foot out the door and now he's gone and she's refusing to accept it. She needs to get a grip and Ridge needs to light a fire under Carter. Maybe seeing the actual papers with slap some sense into Brooke.


Blissfully happy? I wouldn't say that. He is there because of a scheme.


What’s pathetic is a middle aged woman trying to recreate the past with her ex husband by buying their old house. Plus she’s sleeping with him and not questioning how he could leave his wife so easily. Taylor needs help. Brooke has every reason to wonder why her husband left with no explanation. Anyone would have a hard time moving on.

Yup, that is the whole thing in a nutshell. All Ridge had to do is tell Brooke he decided Taylor was who he loved and wanted to finish out his life with as his wife. Instead he told Brooke..."you know what you did Logan, just say it"....WTHeck? If her wanted to really be with Taylor, for Taylor, and no longer wanted Brooke at all, then all he had to say was..."I just don't want to do this anymore, I am not in love with you anymore, I love you, but I am in love with Taylor and I realized it in the last weeks, but had been fighting it." Nope, not Ridge, because that is not what happened at all.

And you are right about Taylor thinking she can go back in time and recreate their past, BEFORE Ridge learned the truth about her, before he dumped her because of that truth, and before he fell deeply in love with Brooke, to the point, Taylor was nowhere on his radar, even when she was around, I don't even think Taylor realizes yet, that without their kids, Ridge would not even have spent much time with her when she blew back into town. That is their only glue. And, that is not enough when you are over 60 and the kids are grown with kids of their own. And Taylor always forgets or chooses not to remember, RJ is out there lurking, and he means as much to Ridge as her 2 brats mean to him.....and he actually is in love with RJ's mother. And RJ has the added bonus of being Ridge's youngest child. I think anyone who has been the baby in the family understands that one. LOL
