This alone should disqualify him for getting custody of Douglas.

Thomas should get jail time for making a fake CPS call and for impersonating Brooke while doing it. I am not sure whether that would fall under identity theft or if there is another charge, but it should be illegal. Of course, Daddy Warbucks will probably get his little monster out of it like he did when Thomas chased Emma to her death. I am disappointed that Eric stands there and lets Thomas talk to Donna the way he does about Brooke. Thomas would deserve a good slap in the face from Donna. Thomas didn't look so happy when his granddad agreed with Donna about Brooke and Ridge. I hope Eric tells Ridge that Ridge and Taylor should plan on living somewhere else besides with him. If they move in too, the Tridge mafia are going to really give Donna a hard time.
