And he just stands there and listens most of the time. He wasn't even upset when Steffy intercepted Brooke's phone call. He was chuckling with Steffy about it. Ridge's kids might be relentless but what Ridge ACTUALLY does is HIS choice. No one can force him to be with Taylor if he doesn't want to be with her.

He wasn't chuckling with Steffy. He didn't find her behavior funny at all. He just didn't make a big deal out of it because that dinner with Brooke could easily be postponed to another day. Still he made it crystal clear to Steffy that he won't tolerate that kind of behavior in the future and she can never do that again.
