Not watching but putting the 3 things together - missed doc appointment mentioned, taking her phone and saying there was nothing about a call adds up to - she’s got an illness.

She said she missed her annual check up. People usually aren't sick when just going for a routine annual check up. Granted, something could be found and they are asymptomatic, but I don't recall Brooke ever saying she rescheduled the appointment. If she hasn't gone to the doctor yet and has no symptoms, she wouldn't even know she's sick and either would the doctor. If she'd said anything about going to a rescheduled appointment, that would be different.
