Douglas who called CPS and used the app to sound like Brooke. Maybe he overheard how Brooke was treating and wanted to get back at her.

How could Douglas changed that much after only some weeks living with the Forresters?

The boy, who even went against his own dad in 2019 because his mother had told him that "lying" and "having secrets" was bad,
would now suddenly pull such a thing on his grandmother and his dad?

Even when Douglas pulled his prank on Eric with that voice app, he quickly solved it and didn't leave Eric confused.

Why would Douglas sent CPS after his dad, just to get back at his grandma?

Being around his dad and,his loony family,drove him mad? That's all I've got.

It will only prove that the faux Forresters are terrible influence on this boy. And that he definitely should go back to living with his mother, Liam, and Beth.
