When someone claims s(he) has changed on B&B, you already know that person hasn't changed.

I can't even name one example of a former villain or interloper who REALLY changed for the best and stayed a good person in the long run.
Only in 2021 , 3 important characters returned and pretended the same thing. All 3 (Taylor, Deacon, Sheila) have proved they were still exactly the same.

Even my favorite couple is incapable of growth and change. After a decade of triangle, Liam still did the one forbidden thing he had no right to do. And Hope is still giving people like Thomas and Deacon chances after chances after chances even when a blind person could see they haven't changed. Brooke is still trapped in a toxic relationship with a man who doesn't respect her. Even the best people can not correct their flaws and really change for the best.

Right! Remember how Quinn always said "you changed me" to every guy she started a relationship with just to prove that she is the same old Quinn?

I wish Steffy and Taylor would end up the same as Quinn - gone! Won't happen with Steffy, but I have Hope Taylor will bite the bullet in about a year.
