Too many characters playing the "i've changed" comedy

Sheila appears and claims she is a new woman who wants to be a mother for her son. Then she shoots him and his wife and runs his mother's car off the road.

Deacon returns and claims the prison changed him and he wants to be a father to Hope. But he kisses Brooke and keeps stalking her even if she is married, and now he is Sheila's new complicit. Clearly Ridge was right all along, even if I'm not too fond of Ridge at the moment.

Taylor returns from Paris and claims she is a different person, she wants to be with her family and doesn't want to cause any troubles. But she is like a wrecking ball. She is still throwing herself at Brooke's husband, bad-mouthing the Logans, creating conflicts everywhere. Her judgement is worse than ever, her burgeoning frienship with Sheila proved it.

Thomas keeps repeating the same lines since he got caught for lying about Beth. This is the 3rd similar storyline with him. He says he has changed but then he manipulates Bridge, goes after unvailable women and associates with Sheila.

I can also add Quinn even if she is gone. No matter how much she claimed she has changed, she never proved it. Only in the last 2 years, she spiked Brooke's drink, spiked Paris' smoothie, bullied and threatened Paris, manipulated Sally/Wyatt, threatened to murder Donna and threw a chair at her, assaulted Brooke, lied about her affair with Carter, humiliated her new friend Zoe, forged a fake wedding certificate, stole a cellphone and conspired with Shauna against her son-in-law's marriage.

Has anybody claimed "I have changed" and meant it, lately?? :neutral
