Brooke mentioned it to Ridge in private, she didn't mention it to Thomas and didn't tell Ridge to repeat it to Thomas either. She doesn't even know that Ridge repeated it to Thomas. So there's nothing wrong with the title of this thread.

Yes he did. And then Tom is going to tell Steffy, and one of them is going to come up with the scheme and not tell the other. IMO
