I think to show it’s no story. Ridge lied and said Bill forced himself on Steffy. While what Taylor did is illegal, Bill gave his word to Steffy he would never turn in her mother. With today’s writing anything is possible but I don’t see Bill going back on that.

I agree…I think maybe Bill thinks he had a daughter and told she was raped he might get it and that’s why he didn’t turn her in he was a then human about it
