Deacon calling 911 has zero value since he is helping Sheila now. Anytime Sheila could go to Steffy's, shoot her and finish what she started. Or kidnap Hayes. Deacon can prevent it by calling the police, but he doesn't. He is hiding Sheila since July. I don't even want Ridge to thank him, at this point. Deacon is still a monster. They were all right about him.
As for Bill, why aren't viewers watching what happens first? Yes, Ridge walked in on BRILL's hug. Let's see what happens tomorrow and next week. Nobody knows how he is gonna react. If the spoilers are accurate, he isn't going to run to Taylor. On the contrary.

Finn doesn't see Deacon's 911 call as "zero value" since he thanked Deacon. Deacon's not perfect, Bill's not perfect, but neither is Ridge. LOL. It would be nice for arrogant Ridge/Steffy to show gratitude once in a blue moon..these two flawed characters lacked self-awareness.

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.
