Brooke wouldn't allow Ridge to order Hope to move out. She wouldn't try to stop Hope from doing so if that's what she really wanted, which it isn't.

She won't allow the Tridge mafia to ignore Hope's rights as Douglas's mother is what she means by not allowing it.

Steffy, on the other hand, has been controlling people's lives for years. Just ask Hope, Ivy, Sally, and Liam, who said she tried to commandeer his. And Ridge, who she is currently trying to tell who he should be with.

TK just confirmed it in his latest interview. He said that Steffy was trying to control Ridge's life, and Ridge did not like it, but he thought her heart was in the right place. LOL. Imagine anyone thinking Steffy actually has a heart?
