Actually, Steffy didn't say anything about Caroline's lie because she wanted Douglas with both his parents and didn't trust Sally.Steffy always wants the children with both their parents.That has always been her weakness.

Steffy always tries to control other people's lives. She wants whatever serves her purpose.
