With the dovetailing stories of Ridge caught between Brooke and Taylor and Thomas battling Hope for custody of Douglas, it feels like B&B is getting back to Logans vs Forresters. That's always been the rivalry at the root of the show so it's finally nice to get back to that. If Steffy's going to fill her grandmother's role leading the Forresters, that's even better. Sides will be taken, battle lines drawn. It's going to be good TV. I'm just glad it's not a rehash of the Logans trying to take over FC again.

This show has never been about Logan vs Forrester. It's been about Brooke, who was married to Forrester men, vs the other women who were married to those Forrester men. But Brooke has been a Forrester just as much as her rivals have been.

And it's been about Brooke's children vs Taylor's children. But even then Brooke and Taylor have given birth to the exact same number of Forrester children.

At this point, Brooke is a Forrester by marriage and Taylor isn't, and hasn't been in decades. So Taylor is certainly less a Forrester than Brooke is at the moment.

Throughout the history of this show, the Forresters have not been feuding with the Logans. The Forresters have been the prize that Brooke fought other women over. Brooke rarely never fought AGAINST the Forresters, she usually fought to BE one.
