Steffy & family would absolutely have wanted Finn in the hospital. Like anyone would. But Li works there and know her fellow doctors. She must not think much of them. They declared Finn dead when he wasn't. She must think those docs are a joke. Then it makes sense that she'd want to handle things herself.
Exactly. She may have even been worried that Steffy would want to pull the plug based on the doctors' opinions.
