So funny how a drunken night with a married woman is called "making love" because Caroline was the woman in question, while Brooke or Hope always "bang" their men.
And Bridge weren't in a committed relationship yet when Ridge had that drunken night with Caroline, so the only one they were cheating on was Thorne, not Brooke. Plus, it had already been more than easy for Ridge to cheat on Caroline months earlier, the night before their wedding. So how does he only do it to Brooke?

He dumped her for a kiss or a few texts … she’s not worth an explanation…

She definitely got an explanation in both of those situations.

Remember how she learnt she was dismissed as his wife and he had married Taylor again … not even the courtesy of a phone call

He did call her from Taylor's house after their vow renewal, Brooke just didn't want to talk to him because she already knew what had happened. She had been at the hospital right after Ridge and Taylor had left and Stephanie had gleefully announced the news to her.
