Oh she’s using him thinking that hanging out with Deacon will make Ridge jealous. She’s playing a game that could backfire. I also wonder if she will disclose to Deacon that Thomas knew about Sheila. Now wouldn’t it be more fascinating to watch Brooke figure out why Taylor told Deacon and the plot blow up in Taylor’s face or for Ridge to figure out what Taylor is up to, and they react differently than expected? How about in the bitterness of it all Thomas pushes for full custody of Douglas? What if Steffy gets rid of Hope for the future and Brooke finances Hope? Why do we have to have the same old senior citizen triangle when there is so much inherent tension to use?

I agree the senior triangle is stale but this Taylor looks young as does deacon so it could be good …they both look 45

I think they can pass for the age they're playing. My mother is in her late-50s, and she can pass for 35, but nothing changes the fact that she's in her late-50s. Taylor is older than Brooke, so she's supposed to be somewhere in her 60s. It all depends on genetics and how well one takes care of herself or himself.
