Quinn is not happy. That's what she's telling Carter but it's not true.
She rather would have stayed married to Eric and met Carter on the side.
She wants it all, Eric, the mansion, the status, and Carter and his wonderful love making too.
But now she had to give up Eric and will live with Carter in his loft.
Quinn is far from being really happy or she wouldn't feel the urge to intimidate Donna.

Disagree with this completely. Donna doesn’t deserve a pass from Quinn for being Eric’s side piece for months just because Queric is parting amicably. Donna was willing to do this indefinitely if they did not split with little or no remorse about sleeping with another woman’s husband. As long as she could spend some time with her honey bear.
Quinn had already walked away from Eric without a care as to what was in the divorce settlement. I think this idea that not living in the mansion is way overblown. What good is it if you are sleeping in that big bedroom all alone because your husband is spending nights in the guest house..Quarter together are making good money and can look for a larger place if the loft feels too small.
