I don't condone Donna's affair, but that just makes Quinn look like a bitter (and not so happy) hypocrite! Not only she cheated first (TWICE), but she also interfered in so many relationships including Ridge's. The way Carter stabbed Eric was as bad if not worse, and Eric immediately forgave Carter. Why can't Quinn do the same with Donna? She is always so quick to judge others even if she did 100x worse. How many times has she judged Brooke and Bill for their cabin kiss... only to jump in BED with another guy and lie about it.
Quinn should be more angry at Eric. Donna hasn't manipulated anything. Sure she should have said no, but Eric is the one who went to her and realized he wanted her. Eric was the problem and wanted out.

And when it comes to Quinn and Donna, I just see it as karma for Quinn! She smashed her wedding her wedding picture, scared her in the dark, mocked her, threatened to snap her in 2, threatened her with a chair and tormented her sisters and her niece for years. It's sweet justice that Donna stole her husband.
