Carter and Quinn Need to Leave LA

Carter's in his mid-30s maybe? Zoe and Paris are in their early to mid-20s. He's not old enough to be their father. Let's get that out of the way. I think the situation with Zoe was more complicated what's happening with Paris. He did actually love Zoe at one point. He genuinely proposed to her. She broke his heart and that's when Quinn showed up and repaired it. The second engagement to Zoe, yeah he was running away from his feelings for Quinn. That's true. As for Paris, Carter is running away from his feelings for Quinn again but he doesn't actually love Paris. Frankly it's hard to have sympathy for her though. The warning signs are all there. She may be young but unlike say Donna, I don't think she lacks the intellectual capacity to see the signs. She's just choosing not to.

Carter's in his mid-40s. Paris is about 20 years younger. He'll use anyone to get what he wants. He is totally devoid of a moral compass, so in that, he and Quinn are just alike, but I wouldn't say compatible. What happens when one lack of compass conflicts with another lack of compass. Paris dodged a bullet by not marrying him, but I still think she's going to announce she's pregnant.

I think Donna's intelligent, but even if she weren't, better to be kind, compassionate, and joyous than a kidnapper, rapist, and murderer who feels nothing but self-loathing.

I mean this in all seriousness. Has it been established that Carter's in his mid-40s because I didn't think he was that old. Also he may be using Paris but he's not really getting what he wants, not until Quinn shows up anyway.

No it hasn't been established. And LSV just turned 40 earlier.this month.

Real age isn't reel age. Taylor is in her late 60s, at least, maybe 70, but no way is the actress that old.

Carter has never been an established part of the older group of characters. He has always been with a younger group up until being paired with Quinn. I don't see him as being over 40 in reel life.

Quinn is not a "younger group" member. She's older. Wyatt is in his late 30s, so Quinn is probably in her late 50s minimum. The younger group is Wyatt, Liam, Hope, Steffy, Paris, not Quinn, who could be the mother of any of them. She's old enough to be a grandmother if Wyatt had any kids, and in his 30s, he could have a lot of them if his life had taken that turn. I'm only 31, and I have six. In the autumn, I'll have seven, well before my 32nd birthday.
