Yes he freed Quinn but let's be clear, he said he was going to tell her "tonight" meaning after Carter's wedding. So not only is he perving on a woman who doesn't appear to have the intellectual capacity of a grown adult and is therefore being taken advantage of, knowing full well how Quinn feels about Carter, that slime was just gonna wait til Carter was married to free Quinn. That's truly vile.

No she means when the old lady was over there banging the much younger man. It was absolutely no different than Eric having sex with Donna. Oh wait, yes it was, Donna is not Quinn's friend, unlike Carter and Eric. And, Donna was actually once married to Eric so they had a history together and she actually loves him.
But, since the age thing makes the older person of the cheaters a perv, than I guess old Quinn is a big old cheating perv too. LOL
