From my viewpoint, Ridge is cheating, regardless of whether or not he's actually gone to bed with Taylor. Kissing someone and sleeping with someone aren't the same, but they are still betrayals when there's a committed relationship in play. Ridge and Taylor sharing kisses is a betrayal. Ridge may have told Brooke he couldn't take things anymore, but that doesn't mean their marriage is over. If he wants to be done with Brooke, he needs to get a divorce instead of trying to play house with his ex-wife. But he hasn't done that yet. Taylor is entertaining him while carefully avoiding the issue with him, because she might be afraid that if she demands Ridge divorce Brooke to be with her, Ridge won't pick her. She'd rather have crumbs than nothing at all, sadly.
