It doesn't make sense because this show is extremely plot driven. I mean Hope also said that her husband Liam is the "hottest guy in the world"..so how can she fantasize about another guy who's NOT has hot as hottest Liam? Never made sense to me that a not as hot Thomas can supposely satisfy her sexually that the hottest guy Liam can't?

Makes one wonder what was the point of it all. Did they just realize they can't force this pairing any more and give up on it? Did they just want to destroy Lope beyond all repair? Why have Hope say and do everything she did with Tom if she's not even thinking about him now? To the best of my knowledge, no one on Bold has gotten over someone they supposedly loved this quickly. An annulment still would not be in play for the Sinn marriage. What Finn assured Steffy about Sheila (a woman he just met and laid eyes on for the first time in his life) three or so years ago can't be held against him now. I'm no attorney, but it seems an annulment wouldn't be in the mix at all. No, it would be a full-fledged divorce and custody battle for those two. But then again, this is Brad Bell's world, and he can do whatever he wants. We will see.
