I don't think that's Sheila. Look at those nails. SMH Sheila took care of her nails and used black polish. well, at least on her toes. I have to check past videos about her hands.
It'd be way too easy if they found Sheila under that blanket. And way too dumb of a plot. Why make us think Sheila is alive only to tell us that nope, she and Sugar are both dead?

There are still a lot of possibilities for drama. And it does make sense that if the premise was Sugar just stashed her somewhere expecting to come back after killing Steffy it would be close. Somewhere where people mind their business.

I am wondering if there is someone else there & she is drugged. I don’t think they will just walk in and rescue her from under a blanket. We are probably missing a piece of the puzzle.

If it is Shelia, she could have beaten to a pulp and Sugar performed back alley plastic surgery on her face. Sugar hid her under the blankets and dirty mattress to bleed to death. Sugar could have sold her into sex slavery to be disposed of when whomever is finished with her.
If it is not Shelia the woman is a drugged out prostitute who will give them some more bread crumbs as she is dying.
Either way, this woman looks to be beaten and tortured to near death.

Pretty sure that’s KB’s hand. Beyond that could be any of those things or worse. The screaming until it stopped comment is unnerving.

I just don't think she is dead, yet. Right now there is a lot of questions that need to be answered and that has to come from Shelia herself. I do think Sugar arranged for the "back alley plastic surgery" on Shelia's face. I think she could have been forced to have her face cut up without any pain killers and the screaming stopped when she passed out.
I go back to something Casey or Bell said about an upcoming story for Deacon and Shelia back last summer. it was said that they would have an unusual love story coming up and they would have to overcome obstacles. No doubt about it this has been an unusual love story for them. Shelia may still die in the end, but not before she realizes that Deacon would move heaven and earth to find her because he loves her. It is something that Shelia has always wanted and needs. Who knows they may have a Michael Baldwin redemption in mind for her.
