How can Taylor , Steffy and Thomas point the finger at anybody when they’re all known killers

Just to clarify:
Taylor had a drive after she had wine /1 or 2 glasses/ which is certainly WRONG, but she wasn't drunk.

We actually don't know if Taylor was drunk of not. The empty bottle of wine found at her home and her drinking habits in the lead up certainly seemed to indicate that she was drinking heavily. As well, there was a reason Hector hid her from the police.

Steffy was in the position to have to defend her life because of her own stupidity in confronting or assaulting mental unstable persons. She is a killer but not a murderer.
Taylor is an attempt murderer because she intentionally shot Bill and left him to die. Also Darla died because Taylor was driving drunk which is a crime. So it was Taylor's fault, not Darla's
Thomas attempted Rick's life twice which makes of him an attempt murderer. It's only because of Rick's good luck that Thomas didn't murder him. And i think he killed Emma, intentionally causing the accident that killed her.

Darla was not stupid to help Phoebe change her tire. Taylor, on the other hand, was stupid to drive drunk. Thomas did indeed kill Emma.

Especially when Taylor knew that Darla was on her way to help Phoebe because she lived close to where the car got a flat tire. Taylor also knew she was not supposed to drive because her license had been taken away because she had a habit of driving drunk. The lush should have kept her drunk butt home.

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.

It’s a major turn off for me. I have no problems with hypocrites as characters. My issue is they are rarely confronted. I remember when Deacon shot at Quinn. When he tried to tell them she pushed him off a cliff they completely ignored that and swept those things under a rug. Brooke gets called out and the writers allow people to exaggerate and make up stuff. Hypocrisy reigns on this show and there rarely is ever any logistic pushback. Why can’t Hope mention Steffy sleeping with Bill? Why can she mention the lengths Steffy went to break up Lope?
