Thing is Amber is a manipulative gal. Luna isn't like Amber. Brooke likes Luna so far and I think she will eventually understand that Luna made an honest mistake of taking the laced mints. Luna didn't purposely tried to hurt RJ.

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.

Yes. Brooke isn't really a hateful character... Luna has more chances to be blamed by Steffy if she'll find out, but maybe not because it's Finn's cousin and not a Logan.

Amber was not like Luna. I love Amber, but Brooke had a reason to not be thrilled with Amber. She started as Rick's babysitter and ended up as his wife... Then she lied that little D is Brooke's grandson. There are many more shady things Amber has done when she definitely not was accidentally drugged like Luna... Why should Brooke like her? Ether way Brooke wasn't nasty towards Amber all the time. She didn't target her like Stephanie targeted Brooke. Even Ridge was way more nasty to Amber than Brooke. Stephanie was nice towards her, but it was probably just to get back at Brooke.

And if I remember correctly, right before Taylor was shot. Taylor and Ridge were fighting over Amber. Amber had a drug problem and she thought Mary/Eric was framing Amber. They realized that Shelia was Erica's mother and she ran to Erics and ended up charging Shelia and was accidentally shot..

Wasn't Amber the babysitter? There was a significant age difference I thought, and that was a big part of the problem
