Girl! I looked at the screen as if that woman was crazy! I listened to it three time and read the captions!
That fool said "we're grateful there were no children in the house or no pets got hurt."
Is Bu still alive? Hope's cat Bu? Is that who she's talking about? I thought they lost Bu. WTH???

I just can't imagine what the writers were thinking. Pets? That's hilarious. I mean, why would pets be of any concern around Sheila. I mean, for goodness sakes, Sheila loves bees and she loved Deacon who is a big giant lap dog. She wouldn't harm a pet. That is so oddly funny.

I just went back and rewatched it a couple of times and the closed caption does “or no pets got hurt”. But it is weird right at that moment there is a slight break in the audio and Donna’s lips don’t match those words. It’s almost like she said “suffer” but I’m not sure.
This just keeps getting funnier and funnier and to be honest I needed a good laugh today. :)

Years ago when she moved to Europe, she adopted a dog and named him Malibu. Hope and Liam also adopted a cat during the episode when Bob Barker was on promoting pet adoption. They haven't mentioned anyone having any pets for years.
