Hope Need Not Waste Her Time with Steffy (General)

Does Hope have say she loves Thomas in Klingon or Vulcan or tagalog? She's said it. She's showed it. She told him he was it for her. I honestly don't know how else she can impart her feelings. She needs go to Thomas and put her family back together.

Why are you leaving out the fundamental fact that she could stop him if she wanted? She simply doesn't want him badly enough. And I'm glad she's letting him go if she knows she can't give him what he wants. What would be the point of going after him? She can still not give him what he wants. It would just be a waste of time.

And, at this point, going after him and saying she's ready for marriage would simply be a concession on her part. This isn't about loving Thomas. It's about loving how Thomas makes her feel. And, for some ridiculous reason, she's obsessed with that.

Right. If either of them concedes at this point there is no way of knowing how sincere they are. And as far as Hope has already fallen, I don’t think the writers would make her fall even further by lying to Thomas about how she feels just so she can continue her feel-good relationship. In my opinion there would really be no coming back from that. And before anyone says Thomas deserves it all, this isn’t about Thomas. This is about Hope and how bad her actions make her look.

True, and this week it has been on full display and finally Tom caught on and really saw it. She could not help herself, everything she said was about her and how he made her feel, and how it was her journey they were on and how he was suppose to always love her unconditionally, and how he has let her down in not just accepting her word as his gospel. It was all about her, all the time, all this week. Even when talking to Brooke, it was all about Hope and nothing about Tom, other than her big tears over her losing him.

Well once she takes a breath she'll realize that she can give him what he wants. That's the point.

The woman has spoken. She needs to be taken at her word. I loathe when people construe that women don’t really know what they want and they just need to reconsider their decisions. No one knows Hopes mind better than Hope herself and she has been loud and clear. She doesn’t want to marry Thomas. And even if she changes her mind at this point, it won’t be because she has realized she wants to marry him. It will be because she doesn’t want to lose the feel good feeling he gives her when he nonstop lavishes her with praise. Thope is and has always been about Hope and how Thomas makes her feel. It has never been about Thomas.

What does that even mean other than Thomas gives her what she needs? If he was it for her, why does she worry that she could change her mind later down the road. She also said that the other day.

I think you are right. Steffy is too much celebrating and insulting Hope and Brooke, gloating and doing her happy dance...there will be a fall in the future. And I suppose this will be when Thope get back together.

Hope going back to a man who told her straight she's always going to share his heart with another woman makes absolutely no sense. Just plain none. More importantly both Douglas and Thomas were hurt and disappointed. People get past that. There's nothing final about today. Steffy's involvement in this break up. The fact that MA isn't leaving the show. That tells me Thomas isn't going to be in Paris for long. BB would be a damn fool to squander the chemistry between MA and AN. I don't know how long this separation will last, hopefully not long, but it's not permanent. These two love each other and they will find their way back together.

IMO Hope having anything to do with the man that wanted her child dead forever to her, made absolutely no sense. I look at this end of Thope as an end to the mistake the show made in forcing the SL that a mother would forgive something so evil. And, then there is the evil he perpetrated on her mother, her brother and her husband and her son. I really think Thope is now done. I believe the show knew they were not sustainable and have now found their way out of this bad pairing while keeping Tom fans satisfied. Tom is the adult and the good guy in the ending of Thope. He is no longer obsessed with her. He was the adult in the room, she was the sobbing petulant foot stomping begging child. IMO, the chief reason they did this pairing was to redeem Tom. There are Tom fans and I think they were tired of him always being the psycho and always losing the girl. This time he is not the psycho and he could have the girl, but is the one that walks away. It is a win-win. JMO. I do think Thope's SL is over and done, and we are now moving into Hope and her revenge tour and not just for this stint of Tom, but her revenge tour against Steffy for EVERYTHING going all the way back to the kiss in the car that broke up Lope the very first time.

I think it is going to be great fun watching Hope go after Steffy to ruin her life. It is about time.

The fourth time she will maybe propose to him herself.

I don't see that happening. She just doesn't love him enough to be his wife.
