I read the blurb from the show, it says nothing about it being brief. They just say that she is returning to the show, and was formerly involved with Wyatt, Liam and Tom.

Soap Hub broke the story they actually spoke with someone from Bold. Everyone else is just basing their reports on that. And in the article, they say it is for a few appearances. I would love it to be more we do need another female character in that age range.

There is lots of other story potential if she were coming back as a contract character, but to return for a few appearances makes me think this is about Steffy.

I agree, seems like something significant and the way Steffy is acting on the heels of killing Sheila is really over the top even for her!

I think Zander coming back may have been a set up for when Ivy comes back. Zander put a seed of doubt in Finn's head about Thomas. I think deep down Finn believed Zander even if Steffy told him to drop it and never think of it again. If Ivy shows Finn the video of Steffy whacking Aly, it could make him doubt his image of Steffy. Finn and Steffy have been together for a while now. Their marriage is close to the expiration date for soap marriages.

Yes! I was thinking the same thing why was Zende thing important? There has to be a reason they brought that up. Finn is a reasonable guy, he could see a pattern of violence and cover up’s. I meant Taylor, Thomas and Steffy have all been involved in murders !

Why would they bring up Aly's death and have Finn find out about this without Thorne?
Plus, it was an absolute case of self-defence...even Ivy knows that..... Aly was trying to kill Steffy.....why would that impact Sinn's marriage? Plus, last time, Ivy was on, both her and Steffy were on good terms, and she was supporting Steam's marriage in Australia; why would she have vendetta against Steffy?
Xander came back, because he was fired after the Beth saga and clearly bitter about Thomas. He had a reason to be extra upset. Ivy does not.
