It´s actually Katie´s house where she lived with Will after she divorced Bill. Thorne lived there with her too for a short time. It is near Eric´s mansion.
Now this set is used for "Tom´s house".

I think they can take Douglas and go live in Rome, "their place" and give us all a break from their boring nothingness of constant praising and closeups of their eyes. Beth can stay in L.A. Donna is practically raising her now anyone, so she can stay in L.A. with her daddy and not much will change in her life. Kids need consistency. She will not get that if mommy marries the child abuser that wanted her dead to her parents forever. Tom never mentions Beth's name and he keeps saying that he and Hope and Douglas can have THEIR little family, with no mention of Beth....so send the Thope family off to Rome. He can make fairy princess dresses in Rome, just like he does in L.A.

I do think they need to take them offscreen for a while, or at least Tom. We have had too much Tom saturation now for over 2 years. Time for a break from Tom.

I see nothing wrong with the cabin on the grounds of a posh LA mansion. It certainly was a romantic venue when Leffy were cha, cha, cha 'ing on the floor! Tom's place looks like something straight out of the Mary Tyler Moore show.
