I would think lives forever changing would be Hope accepting and Liam and Brooke being upset, but at this point, I don't think Liam or Brooke cares if they marry or not, so no lives will be changed except Hope and Tom's. I cannot see Steffy's life changing if Thope marries....so to me it sounds like Hope says no, because Finn may be available. JMO
