I don't enjoy it either. Steffy is supposed to be around 40, a middle-aged woman that still goes around slapping and punching people. To me, it makes her look ill breed. Not exactly what a person would expect from a doctor's wife. If Poppy having an affair with a married doctor caused Li to have to change hospitals, imagine what Steffy's past and present actions would do to Finn's career.
So Sheila will have a reason to hate both Steffy and Hope...will she be able to restrain herself?

Honestly, why should she have to? If I am in my home and you come and hit me. I am going to hit you back or call the cops. The whole premise is weird and contrived.

All of a sudden, Liam is back around Steffy. Steffy is in Sheila's home, attacking her again. It could be justified, but I wouldn't be surprised if it is not. I have never believed that Liam was out of the picture or that he had moved on from Steam. If this goes sideways, I could see it being his way in.

I mean, I like to withhold judgment on stories until they air, but based on the pic, this story is already so contrived. Sheila hasn't bothered Steffy. It is not her fault Kelly comes to the restaurant. No normal person would come down there for a confrontation.

I have never believed that Liam was out of the picture or that he had moved on from Steam. If this goes sideways, I could see it being his way in.
Even as a Sinn myself, I do expect a Sinn break up soon, my question has always been what will be Finn's direction. I wonder what is the plan for Finn if they do go the Steam route. I doubt they will get rid of him, especially that they expanded his family and Poppy and Luna on canvas.
I do not think they will go the Hope route, as the investment for Thope is there, and it will be terrible direction anyways.
I wonder if they will bring Bridget back for Finn full time since they had them work on Eric's case and there were moments where she was looking at him, and saying things "Steffy is lucky to have you, Finn", and there was positive reception on her last return.

Lots of drama. Bridget and Finn are both doctors, and thus they share common interests/similarites. Bridget is a Logan, and that would get Steffy incredibly jealous, and Steffy would not take it to light that another Logan is paired with him. We could have a good Bridget and Steffy rivalry, and Bridget/Finn/Steffy triangle.
Deacon is Bridget's ex-husband, and Sheila is Finn's biological mother, thus, there is an obvious Sheacon involvement in a Bridget/Finn pairing. Also, Finn dating a Forrester woman, after being with Steffy, could cause tension in the family, with the families taking sides.

I don’t see Bridget ever being as popular as Hope. Finn would be backburned if he was paired with her. Bridget was only good as a rival of Brooke, every other story she was in flopped.

You do not think Steffy would be jealous that Bridget is with Finn? Steffy's current husband and the father of her kid. Steffy would be extremely jealous; not about Bridget, but that Finn would be occupied and getting happiness elsewhere. Steffy is an extremely posessive person, and she would absoloutely still think Finn belongs to her regardless the status of their relationship.
Finn could be backburned, or he could be not if paired with Bridget. Deacon and Sheila were characters that these writers had written out/backburned, but later became inspiried and wrote them regularly on canvas. Who is to say he won't be inspired by Bridget/Finn; he wrote heavily for Bridget under Ashley Jones between 2005 and 2011. It could happen again. We will have to see, I rather Finn be backburned than be paired with Hope, and I am not budging on that.

Who said "Leffy" is endgame? I don't think Steffy's endgame pairing has been decided. I do not believe for a second Steffy would be fine with Finn moving on. This is Steffy we talking about, and she's profoundly in love with Finn; she would be in her feelings if Finn was with another woman, especially that woman would be in Hayes' life and stepmother.
That's not true, Bridget had other stories beyond Brooke; especially with latter years when she was in a quadrangle with Nick/Owen/Jackie. I am not sure why you think Finn being paired with Bridget will guarantee Finn no screentime. Who knows; these writers could very well be invested in writing for her again. All he has to do is put Bridget back on contract, write her interacting with Finn/Deacon/Sheila/Steffy/Brooke/Hope/Eric, and there is immediate story.

Because Finn is her soulmate (Steffy's words) and the father of her son? She would absolutely care plus Steffy is jealous type.
I disagree. As a huge Finn fan myself, I think a pairing with Bridget could do wonders for his character, and from their interactions onscreen, the actors work well together. The potential is actually endless; she's the only female character on canvas (regular/recurring) that could work for Finn.

If there are people who will not accept Thope no matter what because of everything Thomas has done to Hope (and I'm included in that group), then there are also people who will never accept Leffy no matter what, because of how Liam has treated Steffy over not just years but decades. And I'm included in that group too and I know many more are as well. He may not have been a villain like Thomas but he has been selfish, callous and completely unmindful of what he has done to Steffy. He has never cared that Steffy has been committed to someone else when he decided it was her he wanted. His flowery words now about it always being Steffy and him having regrets do not erase the past because he had millions of opportunities to go be with Steffy if he really wanted. No one held a gun to his head and made him choose Hope over and over again. Liam is a liar and I wouldn't believe a word out of his mouth when it comes to who he really loves. I'm just glad Steffy smartened up finally and I hope she stays that way. If she falls for his BS again she deserves the heartbreak that she will get, and she will 100% get her heart broken again. With Liam it's a given.

It would be well deserved and I am all for it as long as the woman he turns to is not Hope again.
Steffy deserves better than Liam but Hope does as well.
Liam should go in therapy and find out why he always needs two women wanting him and fighting over him (he himself admitted that he is not a 1-woman-man).
Then after he is healed he can go and find a new love, someone he has no old emotional baggage with.

I disagree on the Steffy part; but I do agree that Bridget returning at the end of last year was awesome and she is a breath of fresh air. I believe Finn and Bridget could be good for each other, especially if they break up Sinn and put Steffy back with Liam.

I think she would be as well. I am entirely shocked that she hasn't been brought back full time; she's extremely close to cast/crew, she's always hanging out with them, she does alot of promotion/championing for the show. Plus, the story opportunities are endless; a romance between Finn and Bridget, a rivalry with Steffy, Bridget/Deacon/Sheila drama, Brooke/Bridget/Eric/Donna interactions, medical stories with Li and Finn. She also has a son Logan, who can be SORAS, either as a teen or be part of the Luna/RJ/Zende crowd.

The spoiler pics showed Kelly at the restaurant having lunch with her friend. Sheila is there because she works there. Steffy finds out, is pissed, and comes to confront her. I don't think for one second Sheila did anything to Kelly. In fact, it showed Kelly smiling at her. I hate this writing. The last time she came to assault her, it was unprovoked, so I don't see why this would be any different.
