Pic of Finn for next week (Spoilers)

I’m wondering how Finn is accessing Eric’s file. Eric would have to request the second opinion or the Dr would need to invite Finn. He can’t just take it upon himself.

Not unless he's a doctor of record for Eric or maybe because he practices at the same hospital. All of my doctors practice at the same hospital, and all can access any of my medical information. I think. At least, when I saw my family doctor, he knew everything the ER resident, anesthesiologist, surgeon, GI doctor in endoscopy, and eventually the cardiologist had done. I might have signed a paper saying any doctor at that hospital could access my files. I don't care that they all can. I'm glad they can.

I don't see that Bridget has any right to know what's in Eric's files. I think Finn is at the same hospital as Eric's doctor, but Bridget is not, so she should be prohibited.

Finn being a doctor at the same hospital as Eric’s doctor does not give him the authority to look at Eric’s medical record. Eric would have to request Finn review his file or Eric’s dr would have to bring Finn on the team with Eric’s consent.
