Just to be clear, Liam was originally involved with Hope so Steffy would have been the recipient of Hope’s leftovers. Granted, she pulled out every dirty trick in the book to get him from Hope but that is another story for another thread.

If the choice were between Wyatt and Finn only I would always take Wyatt. Hope needs a man who is fun and Wyatt was always fun. Finn is a bit gloomy.

Yes but think Steffy was so dominating it made him seem weak. With Hope it may be different.
I didn´t mean weak (though Finn seems to be weak too, or he wouldn´t have hugged "mom" in jail) but I was talking about funny...Wyatt can be fun to be with, much more than Liam, but I have never seen Finn having any funny lines.
If for any reason Tom wouldn´t be an option anymore I would choose Wyatt for Hope. (Provided of course that the baby seller were not in the picture anymore)

Besides, the show has way overdone their shallow LUST fest that imo has killed their "chemistry"..now they're just so boring and predictable, forced and so one dimensional. JMO. Boring because all this "goody" Thomas does is worships Hope with his praise fest.
With that said, I don't want Hinn either. I rather have a revisit of Hott or better yet, an ex-boyfriend from Milan.

He is pining for Steffy right now because they are in limbo. But if something happened that turned him away from Steffy, he may be done with her. He hasn't been shown to be a waffler in regard to women. But this would be down the road.

I do like those ideas for sure and yes, Thope has really divided the fanbase. I would be fine with Finn if they started as friends, because they do have a lot in common. Then Steffy dumps him for Liam and Hope supports him and the love develops. I also want to make sure he is really over Steffy, I don’t want Hope to go right back to that situation! A triangle that didn’t involve Liam would be nice.

They should bring back Bridget. She's a doctor, and Finn is a doctor; the story would write itself. I don't see the longterm potential of Finn and Hope other than Liam/Steffy being jealous.

Lol; well Finn's next love story shouldn't be just a vehicle to bother Steffy. This is why Bridget works better, Steffy will still be angry and jealous, but Finn/Bridget still can evolve beyond that initial stage of jealous exes and have a relationship that's all about them.

I don't know. Taylor has been pretty consistent on her narrative that Finn is the love of Steffy's life, and vice-versa. When Steffy moved out of the cliffhouse to live with Eric's, Taylor was pretty insistent that Steffy should return home to work things out with Finn and how she wants with her daughter to be with someone who only loves her. And that sure isn't Liam. Taylor loves Finn and think he's perfect for her daughter. The writing could change anyday, but Taylor has stayed firm on #TeamSinn in spite of Liam being single/an option.
