The fact that he did the very opposite of backing off..is enough proof to this viewer that a fatal attraction Thomas is rising! He sure was creepy today..and why is he acting like he’s just a visitor at FC? Weird that he hasn’t picked up a pencil designing at FC for many weeks now.

Kissing a married woman and spending an intimate day with her is not heroic, IMO. As for Ridge seeking Liam and Finn about Steffy, Ridge is Steffy's father. Thomas isn't Hope's father. So, I don't see any similarity. Going to see a man who despises you and whose wife you were just intimate with to tell him that he should take his wife back is wack. It was all for show. Strange that he felt the need to tell Hope what he did.

Soaps seem to be the stories of dumb people.

First we had braindead Hope fighting for 5 minutes for her marriage and then jumping into bed with Thomas and going for several rounds with Thomas.
Later Hope admitting that she had been not thinking and again fighting for 5 minutes (Liam, can we give our marriage another chance for Beth's sake?), before she falls again into Thomas's arms.

Thomas for 10 minutes gets to play the "sacrifing" act and tells Hope to give her marriage a try, tells Liam to forgive Hope - but when Liam does not do in the next seconds, we have Thomas running to FC to kiss Hope again.

Yeah, if Thomas would have gotten Liam to rethink his marriage and to go to Liam's wife, he would just see again how phoney both of their words have been.

But yes, Liam isn't much better.

He was so upset with his wife in Italy, that Liam already hit on a married Steffy and kissed her tight there in Rome.

All of this! Less than 24 hours ago he promised Hope he’d let her go. Then he’s not only running to her to beg her to come back to him, but he also goes to her husband to insert himself into a situation in which he had no business.

For sure creepy Thomas is coming back. He was there even today and the foreshadowing by having his dad and Brooke talking about his obsessive side wasn’t thrown in for nothing. And when Brooke told Steffy and Ridge that Liam wouldn’t forgive Hope, the look on Steffy’s face was of dread!

Yes....that is what happened....Tom went to Liam to "convince" him to take Hope back, even though Tom knew Hope was going to ask Liam to take her back I guess he wanted to beat her to it....hmmmm...I wonder why? LOL Then Tom left Liam's to go to Hope to tell her that he asked Liam to take her back, and that Liam told him that he had already turned Hope down. So, Thomas was quite the busy bee yesterday. LOL. I still want to know why he went to see Liam without knowing first that Liam had turned Hope down? I think Hope should be asking him that question today?

Maybe it will not be as we think....and Thomas does start obsessing again, but Liam does not choose to rush in and save Hope from her stupidity. It could be that Hope saves herself and that SHE is the one that deals with Thomas and his nonsense. Then Hope will truly realize that she destroyed her family for nothing...and that her need to stroke her own ego, triggered Tom back into his obsession. Maybe this is a story about making Hope the one that needs to be completely accountable, and makes the 2 men and her children, victims of her destructive behavior. She was told by her mother that going down the path she was heading would lead to losing everything she wants and heartache for her....and as Brooke said, "I should know" Hope never wanted to be like her mother, so she became like her mother, and now she knows exactly what it is like to be in her mother's shoes. It could be that HOPE is the one now that is going to have the scarlet A on her chest and have the Forrester's sneering at her, and blaming her, and holding her in contempt....for years to come. People use to think Steffy was the new Brooke....maybe it is going to be Hope, that steps into those shoes.

There has been a lot of mention of people being worried that Tom will be triggered and go back down that dark path of obsession. Only this time, it has been pointed out continually that TOM did not pursue Hope, she pursued him. That has been said by all characters....and the fact that even Liam is saying it may mean, that Hope is the one that is going to pay the price for it, and no one else.

There was nothing admirable about Thomas going to see the husband of the woman who cheated on him with Tom. Nothing. It was calculated and purposeful. Tom wanted to get his smug face in front of Liam to let Liam know, he is stuck with Tom in his life forever, if he goes back with Hope. And to make sure that Liam was not starting to distance himself from the memory of his wife making out with Tom. Thomas is going right back to his old game plan. And he double downed when he went straight to Hope at the office, standing in the doorway, smug as could be, staring at her, then started his line of "gee willie gosh Hope I really really tried to get through to Liam for ya" ...then psycho boy started spreading the syrup, and went in for the surprise kiss....and Hope did kiss him back, and then it was like she came to her senses, and turned her head away from his kiss, with a look of "uh oh" disgust.

Now we know from spoilers that Hope is going to suggest they just do booty calls for each other, to get their "needs" met. So, this is going to start going quickly....Tom's obsession should be kicking into high gear soon. I just hope that Wyatt askes Hope to meet him out for dinner, and that Thomas sees them and really loses his mind. LOL. I would love to see Thomas pulling his BS on Wyatt, who was raised by Quinn and has a pretty good BS detector and is more like his dad, than his mom. I would love to see a head to head matchup between Wyatt and Tom....I know who my money would be on.

All Tom did is make sure Hope was Douglas' mother, to insure she would be stuck in Tom's orbit forever. I am not one that thinks telling your spouse everything is a good idea. I think the burden of guilt that rests on a cheater, should not be unburdened on the spouse, just so the cheater can feel better, and then the spouse feels worse. If a person has cheated, and they absolutely want to make their marriage work, then what they did needs to be locked away and their burden to carry forever. Especially if their spouse wants the marriage to work, and is very happy to be reunited. To me, keeping that guilt to yourself and never cheating again, is a gift to that person you love, and that you betrayed. The only good that comes from confessing to cheating is YOU get to sleep better at night, but the innocent person you hurt, does not.

You are talking about people who are in love and made one mistake they regret deeply...but to me it doesn´t look like Liam regrets kissing and proposing (kind of) to Steffy, and I don´t think Hope really regrets having slept with Tom.

But, I don't believe his intentions were to push Liam and Hope together. And, if Thomas was about openness and transparency, that should have occurred before and not after. I did not see the show but I did agree with Thomas in his statement about Hope made A mistake.
Liam has had several with the woman that was Hope’s trigger.

There has been a lot of mention of people being worried that Tom will be triggered and go back down that dark path of obsession. But STEFFY's the one that changed her mind and purposely blindsided Hope..and put Hope in a NO win situation. Steffy is very well aware of Liam's deep hatred for her sicko brother..so she KNOWS if Hope says yes, then it's trouble for Lope's marriage..and if Hope says no then she loses her line permanently or temporarily.

I'm surprised Tom wasn't more arrogant when he talked to Liam. I guess he actually believes he's doing this to make Hope happy. I barely listened to Tom when he talked with Hope later, too busy rolling my eyes.

That's what you got out of matisse's post? That she was focusing on women cheating and somehow that relates to the middle ages? Well, I'll be. IMO, matisse focused on who will take the fall for this when everything goes off the rails and why that will happen. Had nothing to do with the scarlet A or the cheating. matisse clearly said that Hope is being set up to take the fall in the future because she was the instigator of a relationship with a man who has a history of mental instability and obsession. Right now, everyone knows that Hope initiated the relationship with Thomas, that Hope kissed Thomas and right now Brooke and Ridge know that Hope and Thomas are having sex. What did Ridge say to Steffy in yesterday's show? That he is afraid that Thomas will backslide. What have Taylor, Steffy and Ridge been talking about for months? That they don't want Hope to compromise Thomas' progress. Well, guess what, she did and it's been made very clear. That was the point of matisse's post. And, because Hope will be blamed, she will be isolated and chastised and attacked by many and will most like have to deal with this on her own because she will realize that her actions had horrific consequences and she will bear the burden of knowing that.

Ha! So Thomas claims he went to Liam’s to try and get Liam to forgive Hope. Then he hightailed it to her office to act like “I tried to get Liam to forgive you but he won’t so let ME love you”.

So what if Liam shows up tomorrow, right at Hope’s office, right while Thomas is there, and he declares that he was wrong, he DOES forgive her and he DOES want to reconcile? What would manipulative Tom do then? Would he walk away and let them be?

My opinion? No way! He wouldn’t even honor his word to let her go for a full 24 hours! He would pretend to accept it but he would start scheming to break them up. AND I WOULD NOT PUT IT PAST HIM to make sure Liam knows about the sex. Hell, since only 4 people know about the sex, maybe he would make it look like Brooke tells Liam!

I know it’s coming, Thomas’ crazy obsessive side is coming back and I actually cannot wait to see how it plays out.

The fact that he did the very opposite of backing off..is enough proof to this viewer that a fatal attraction Thomas is rising! He sure was creepy today..and why is he acting like he’s just a visitor at FC? Weird that he hasn’t picked up a pencil designing at FC for many weeks now.

All of this! Less than 24 hours ago he promised Hope he’d let her go. Then he’s not only running to her to beg her to come back to him, but he also goes to her husband to insert himself into a situation in which he had no business.

For sure creepy Thomas is coming back. He was there even today and the foreshadowing by having his dad and Brooke talking about his obsessive side wasn’t thrown in for nothing. And when Brooke told Steffy and Ridge that Liam wouldn’t forgive Hope, the look on Steffy’s face was of dread!

For me, I really couldn't careless how Steffy's face looked..she's always a two-faced snake. JMO. As far as I'm concerned, she and her mother are also responsible for this mess (and Hope too). It was TAYOR who insisted that her sicko son was all healed and pushed stupid Steffy to rehire him back so soon. Then STEFFY purposely blindsided Hope with that "unreasonable" ultimatum, then said to her mother that "Hope has to say yes" to working with Thomas again. Why said that if she thinks there's any possibility of Thomas being "derail"? I still remember the 2 witches were all giddy at the thought of a potential Lope implosion. IMO.

This was a medieval punishment and we can be all grateful that cruel times like that are over, where people, mainly women, had to endure cruel and humiliating treatment.
