Don’t get too excited. I’m sure, like every other story, this one will get little screen time and will end out of the blue and nothing much will come of it. I mean, thats how Brad writes this show.

I don't know about that one. Ridge wanted RJ at the company so bad and said Eric should be mentoring that generation anyway.

I think Ridge is being very disrespectful to Eric. I don’t understand what the dispute is about. The man has a right to draw and he has a right to try to create a line even if it fails.

I am looking forward to it. I think Ridge might be proud of RJ, I think the rift will come from Thomas. And in turn, I think this will be some trouble for Hope and Thomas. It was interesting when Ridge said Thomas was not ready to take over the company....I am not sure Eric ever wants Thomas to take over the company. Eric has 2 other son's and Ridge seems to have forgotten that fact. Rick is the President of FI, so he is already running a successful branch of FC. Thomas is not a businessman, he just draws fairy princess dresses. I am curious to see what RJ does using 21st century techniques. I am looking forward to a fashion/business SL that may have an in-house power struggle.

No, he was a intern designer when he was on the show before....and now he is an influencer, and he understands technology and how you can utilize it. Any tool that makes you better at your job, is worthwhile. Ridge and Thomas are still drawing with their little colored pencils and Faber drawing tablets. LOL

I think Ridge shouldn´t snub his father.
Maybe Eric is feeling old and "useless" and wants to make a last try to design his own line like he did for decades.
It´s actually sad that Ridge can´t see this. He should be at his side, not against him.
His father probably doesn´t have decades anymore.
