Brooke Should Tell Hope the Truth About Liam (Spoilers)

Brooke knows that Liam wants Steffy. Ridge told her exactly what Liam told him. Based on the promo however it doesn't seem like she's going to tell Hope that. She's so obsessed with getting Hope and Liam back together she's not gonna bother arming her daughter with ALL relevant information. She's happy to let her daughter potentially reunite with a man who has professed his love for another woman and said giving her up was the biggest mistake of his life. Brooke is keeping such important information from Hope because it doesn't fit her narrative. She knows Hope is right about Liam and she were to tell her, any chance of a reconciliation would be like Cheech and Chong, up in smoke. It's cowardly and just plain wrong.

Maybe Brooke believes that Liam is only saying those things to Steffy because he's so hurt by seeing Hope kiss Thomas.

I think Thomas keeps what happened between him & Hope a secret from Steffy.

I really like Brooke but here she is dead wrong.
She probably thinks if she told Hope about Liam spending his days with proposing to Steffy this would send Hope to Tom...and she´s probably right.
But she owes her daughter the truth.

Brooke should tell Hope about Liam's feelings for Steffy and then tell Liam about his ex-wife's instantaneous all day horizontal mambo, with his greatest enemy and the creeper that wanted Hope's child dead to her. See which one brings the most laughs.

Why? Hope hopped into bed with another man immediately after Liam said he wanted a divorce. No matter what Liam said to Steffy, he wasn’t screwing another woman 5 minutes after breaking up with Hope. If Liam forgives her for the kiss, is she going to tell Liam what SHE’S been up to?

I’d say that what Hope has done is 100 times worse than what Liam said to Steffy. And Brooke knows about what Hope did too, so does Ridge. Neither of them are running to tell Liam so why should Brooke or Ridge tell Hope about what Liam said?

Both Hope and Liam have done wrong yet if they decide they want to give their marriage another try, their parents shouldn’t be doing anything but supporting them, not trying to make things worse.

Two concerns. Brooke did not hear it from the horse's mouth. It's all hearsay. Brooke doesn't actually know what Liam said to Ridge. Also, Hope already knows that Liam's been hanging with Steffy. She's stated several times that Liam wants to reunite with Steffy. So...

Why would she do that....to help Thomas? I don't think so. Brooke knows telling Hope about Liam will just cause more issues. And Brooke doesn't even know he told Steffy giving her up was the biggest mistake, so she really has nothing to tell other than Liam went to Steffy and told her he loved her. And if Brooke is suppose to do that, I am guessing people think she should tell Liam that Thope had a porn fest that she walked in on...LOL. I think Brooke telling Hope or Liam either of those things just fits the Thope fans agenda, and really does not help this broken couple find their way back to each other. Brooke knows from her own experience that all secrets come to light, so she probably figures these secrets will come out, but she does not need to speed it along. Brooke loves her daughter and does not want her to make the terrible mistake of committing to Thomas, the man that wanted to ruin her happiness forever by taking away Beth from her.

I agree with you 100%! I can’t believe Brooke doesn’t love Hope enough to tell her what Liam has been up to. If she doesn’t want Hope with Thomas I can certainly understand that, but she should not want her with Liam either. It’s actually pathetic that she wants Hope to have the same crappy relationship she’s lived with for almost 40 years!! I’ve always been a Brooke fan but I have no respect for this decision.

Hope needs to be told what Liam has been up to, but in this case I think it should come from Ridge. The knowledge that Brooke has has come from a 3rd party. Ridge has the first hand information and since he wants Steffy with Liam, then he has the ammo that would blow it all out of the water. He could end up making both of his offspring happy.

What BROOKE, RIDGE and STEFFY are keeping from HOPE is just downright cruel.
I think HOPE should know everything that LIAM has been doing and saying these last few weeks.
