I'm confused on timeline (General)

on the timeline
So Hope/Liam have their conversation over three episodes - so this is the day they return
But then we see Thomas in a change of clothes - the black suit while Steffy/FInn and Hope/Liam are still on the same conversation - so I assume it;s the same day they returned?
Now Hope has on the sweats - so next day ?
Steffy seems to be in the same outfit when she tells Finn but is it the next day or the same day?
Brooke also now has a change of clothes from what she was wearing with Hope in the sweats?
RJ is still there so it's still the same day from Last Friday?
Thomas pops up in another change of clothes ..

I guess it's been about two days since they got back or one day

Not a major thing, but trying to figure out how much time has passed in soap land --seems like one night
But based on photos tomorrow Thomas will be in his 3rd outfit but Hope will still be in that dress..

According to the dialogue, it has been two days.

- The day of the return and Liam confronting Hope and then walking out.
- The second day (today), when Liam told Hope that he has spent the night at Bill's place.

All I can say is I stopped paying attention because these inconsistencies drive me crazy because I can’t follow the plot or the iillogical behavior. Too much is inconsistent for me right now.
