Are Hope and Liam the only married people (General)
To pursue kisses with others in public? Can anyone recall any other character being so disrespectful to their mate in a public setting? Publicly kissing someone other than your spouse for all the world to see, seems particularly disrespectful. Public displays of affection with someone other than your spouse is one sure way of putting a stake through the heart of your marriage. Although it’s as bad, secretively sneaking around saves face. No one wants to be publicly humiliated. I’m curious if Eric or Ridge or Brooke or Bill have been as brazen as Hope and Liam?

Ridge kissed Quinn on the beach in Australia and Brooke saw them. Liam gave Steffy a brief peck while falling apart in Rome, Hope actually stuck her tongue done Tom's throat multiple times in public then frolicked with him through the streets. Other than that, I can think of no one else. I do think Hope has done the worse.

Ok Quinn and Ridge that’s a good one. I included Liam in my original post. I forgot about Quidge, but at least they were making out in a secluded location but they didn’t seem to care if Brooke or Eric found them.

The so called brief peck is still cheating and there were so much emotion to that kiss given their forehead were touching and the way they were looking at each other. IMO. And an engaged Liam also kissed Steffy after his bachlor party inside his car which is parked outside in public and he shoved his tongue down Steffy's throat full on make out kiss which Hope caught him cheating on her. I'd say he definitely ain't no better than Hope.

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.

Oh my God, no! Of course Liam is not better than Hope! Even after she kissed Tom he never will be better than Hope, actually he is worse and has been for years now! He has been playing two women for over a decade, aside from Ridge, who can top this?

For some reason, I like Liam, but even I have to agree with you about him playing two women. I guess Bill does it a little. He wants Katie, but he'd leave her in a second if he had her, for Brooke.
I don't care for the Thomas character since he was part of keeping the Beth secret, but he doesn't play one woman against another like Ridge does.
Liam seems to bounce between Hope and Steffy interchangeably, and no other character does that except Ridge. You're right.

I didn’t see any other people. They are dressmakers they aren’t that important
