The OP stated that LIam doesn't talk to Hope first. He talks to Steffy. Liam wouldn't have talked to Steffy if Steffy hadn't walked over to him. So, yes, there was an inference there. Moving on.

But actually Liam didn´t talk to Hope first...he watched her and then wandered off. If he hadn´t met Steffy he wouldn´t have kissed her of course but as he happened to meet her he instantly kissed her. Who does this?

They met accidently, yes...but the kiss was no accident, Liam didn´t slip and fall on Steffy´s lips.

Yep, exactly why I get so annoyed with both of these men.
