It’s not a waste of a trips. There are lots of Bridge fans who might enjoy seeing them in Rome. I get it that you think it’s it’s a drag but not everyone feels that way. Just like not everyone is excited at the prospect of a mother “falling” for a man who kept her baby from her.

There is a big difference between Liam having drunken sex with Steffy because of what he thought he saw, then what is happening right now with Hope. Big difference. Alcohol played a large role in Liam cheating. He also was not slobbering all over Steffy for months before it happened. Nor was he lying to Hope for months about any secret feelings he was harboring for Steffy. He also told Hope the truth BEFORE he needed to tell her. And the most important part was, Steffy did not hide their daughter from them, she did not want their daughter to be dead, so she could have Liam all to herself. What is going on with Hope is a worse betrayal, then drunken hurt feeling sex one-off sex with an ex. Hope is having sexual issues about a man that drugged her husband, wanted to kill her husband, harmed her mother, tried to kidnap HER, and worst of all, wanted Beth to stay Phoebe forever and basically stay dead forever to her parents. He was psychotic and dangerous. And Hope still does not know that he was in cahoots with Sheila to never let her mother know, why she drank, nor does Hope know that Tom is the one that chased Emma off a cliff, to her death, and smirked as she lay dying...happy that she was dead. Liam does not know either, but it is good example that shows that Liam's gut feelings about Tom, are not wrong. Even if the guy has "changed" as he has claimed,....then part of changing is owning what you have done, and those are 2 incidents he has not owned in his "12 step" insta therapy. Hope has already betrayed Liam with Tom, and it has happened more than once. She betrayed Liam for not sticking to her word about never working with Tom again. She betrayed Liam in desiring Tom for the last 3 months. She betrayed Liam for telling Tom conversations that Liam had with her in private. She betrayed Liam every single time she got agitated over her fantasies of Tom, because if there was nothing to them, meaning just the usual sex fantasies people have about another when they are married, then she would not be all worked up with guilt and freaking out over it. But the person she is betraying the most is Beth. And that is why what is going on makes it so much worse than Liam having sex with Steffy, the person who actually loved and cared about Beth, not the person that wanted Beth to be dead and gone from Hope and Liam's life, forever.

Personally, I see asking the woman you supposedly love to abort her child with another man is unforgivable never mind the past waffling.

Hope and Thomas have been linked since she was born. I feel that loyalty can't be just severed because Liam wants it to be.

Just my humble opinion.

I know another poster thinks this story is the epic story Bell promised Lope fans so it could be.

If Hope succumbs and does sleep with Thomas and a child results he (being Liam) would be epically redeemed in my eyes if he does not request she abort that child.

If they can get beyond this betrayal by Hope, then I will likely root for them again.

I was a fan of them before, and I would like to be again.

Who knows.

I would have preferred Taylor got a little more clap back by Ridge after the stunt she pulled last year and with Deacon.
When Taylor came in the office and Ridge said Brooje went to see Deacon she acted surprised and said she wondered what that was about - while R was not plucked by it but Taylor seemed to be egging him on.
Then Brooke tells him the truth and he just asks her to leave so they can talk. Not enough and no follow up.

There's NO big differece IMO. There was absolutely no excuse for Liam to not even go into that appartment and confront Thomas! Especially if he thought Thomas is so dangerous. How can Liam just took off running like a coward instead of confronting what he thought he saw?! Zero excuse IMO. He made it a thousand times worse by getting drunk and had cheating SEX with his ex who hates his wife with a passion! Then he almost fathered another baby with this same nasty ex who had history bullied his wife. If Hope can forgive him for his own stupidity of adulterous SEX, he can forgive her for some stupid kiss. JMO.
