The hairpiece she is wearing is very unbecoming. Wish the hairdresser's would do a better job especially considering her age supposedly being in her 50's.

Taylor is in her mid-60's, just like Ridge. I have given up complaining about all the hair. The only woman lately whose hair looks good is Hope, when it is straight.
Did they cut Steffy's hair, or is it tucked under to give her that helmet hair?

I agree Hopes hair looks good….the rest stick these falls on gawd I hate them…and I would like to see Brooke drop the hairpieces and try a darker color….jmo

Actually Taylor (the character) is in her 60s. She and Brooke´s brother Storm were in the same class in high school.
And yes, Taylor´s hair is a mess...this is of course not KA´s fault, but this unkempt, uneven style looks really bad.

That makes Taylor older than Brooke since Storm was the oldest Logan! Why can't she just use her own hair? Steffy too. Not everyone has to have long hair on the show.

I don't even get this long hair thing on this show. Are they telling us that women are not women unless they have freakishly long hair? Are they all suppose to be like Lady Godiva with hair so long and unkempt it can cover their whole body when needed? Most of the female characters hair is butt ugly a lot of the time. And it is not the actresses real hair...which is what is even weirder. I can see using wigs on someone with difficult hair that would not look great on TV, but these women all have very pretty hair IRL, so what does this show do? Puts really bad and ugly wigs on them. Or Baby Jane curl their beautiful straight hair and make it look shaggy. LOL.
And again, for the 1 millionth time....why are they dressing Brooke and Taylor so ugly? Brooke looks awful in those white pants and that red/white print blouse. It is just awful and makes her look frumpy.
And Taylor's outfit...there are no words. From the ruffled capped sleeves to the satiny flowing pants...just one mistake after another. Two different shades of mauve and no style at all.
KKL and KA deserve a lot better than the ugly stuff they are making them wear. I have been saying a long time....just let these stylish, beautiful, elegant women dress themselves. KA is like Katherine Hepburn, tall, lean, sporty. KKL is the quintessential California woman, laid back, casual, comfortable.
I am wondering why they don't just use some of KKL's own designs and clothes from her store to dress them. She would probably not charge them just for the publicity alone.

Her clothing line is Kaftans, so meant to be loungewear. They are beautiful but not appropriate for the show. The store is just leather goods, so jackets, boots, and bags.
Wardrobe definitely makes some questionable choices, but the actresses do have some say in what they wear. They have options.
Part of it might be that they film so much in one shot. So there is no time to adjust things once you see them on camera. What might look great in person or even in a picture is not flattering on screen. I think KKl's wardrobe is usually decent. Brooke has a different look than KKL. It makes sense.
KA is a different story. I don't understand the choices; they don't make sense for Taylor, who was always elegantly dressed and put together.
