The Best Way to Get Something Happening with Thomas and Hope (General)

It's a complex situation for everyone but frankly, it's hard to dismiss Liam's concerns. Thomas is a threat to his marriage since 2019. He has done some very questionable things. A few months ago, he tried to kiss his wife after the fashion show. How does Liam trust Thomas and Hope alone in another country together after this? On one hand I think Liam is wrong this time, Thomas won't do anything. I think Thomas has genuinely changed, or at least he is trying. But do I blame Liam for not trusting him? No way. I don't see him as unreasonable here. Thomas going to Rome with Hope is one thing, but spending hours together to prepare a huge fashion show, that's a problem for Liam. And given what Thomas did after the last fashion show, his concerns are conceivable.

I agree about the other characters, though. No one has a right to say anything if Hope wants to be with Thomas. I was still team Brooke until she decided to go after Ridge again this week. Thomas is a saint next to Ridge, for this viewer. If Brooke still wants Ridge after almost 4 decades of abusive behavior, then Hope wanting Thomas shouldn't be a problem for Brooke. As long as Hope doesn't sleep with him while she is still married no one except Liam has a right to judge her. Especially not Steffy Ridge and Taylor. Taylor still wants Ridge. Steffy wanted Bill who tried to kill a pregnant Amber in front of her. None of them can judge Hope for her feelings.

Exactly... That is the point I have been trying to make... Everyone is making Hope defend herself against their lies, attacks and accusations. Hope feels defensive because at this moment she knows Thomas has not crossed a line. Hope as of this moment has not crossed any lines, but the attacks keep coming from everyone. Those attacks are causing Hope to become more sympathetic towards Thomas. When Hope blew up and Brooke and said those things about Thomas, they were her true feelings, but at the same time she feels for Thomas because the other side is attacking Thomas to her the same way they are attacking her.

I agree if Hope willingly crosses a line, it is on her... Just like the line that Steffy and Liam have crossed many other times has been on them. I have been in a similar situation as Hope being forced by my boss to work with someone who causes trouble and sexually harassed me, so maybe that is why I understand what is going on with her. I am sick of this story. I am sick of Thomas... I am sick of Steffy... I am sick of Taylor... I am sick of Liam.... And I am sick of Hope, Thope, and this incestuous leaning story.

I think modelling dresses for Thomas and getting massages (and getting turned on by his touch) is crossing a line. Staring at his lips and leaning towards them for a kiss before her cellphone rang is crossing a line. Staying on top of him on a couch and gazing into his eyes for more than 15 seconds is crossing a line. Vowing to not rehire Thomas and then rehiring him the same day behind her husband's back is crossing a line. Imagining Thomas to give her husband passionate sex is crossing a line. Caressing his hands and lusting after him in a work office is crossing a line. Confiding in Thomas about her problems with Brooke and Liam is crossing a line. Blaming Steffy, Liam and Brooke for her fantasies is crossing a line. Admitting she has feelings for Thomas and then looking at her husband in the eyes and lying is crossing a line. Sharing a meal with him in San Francisco is crossing a line. Crying and begging him for forgiveness (when he overheard her and Brooke) is crossing a line.

Hope hasn't been "forced" to work with Thomas. She rehired him over and over and over again since the Beth lie, this is the first time there was an ultimatum and Hope has made it clear this is what she wants. She told Thomas she is happy he is back and she was excited to work with him. These moments with him have been magical (her words). She thanked him for seeing her and told him she wants to have him around her for a very long time. She has been given other options and she didn't take them. Liam has offered her to open a new fashion house and she refused. The large majority of her interactions with Thomas are not work related. They spend most of their time praising each other and confiding in each other. Not so much talk about the designs. Their scenes yesterday (for instance) were totally useless. Hope left her lunch with Deacon to see Thomas at FC. They spent the entire time praising each other and talking about Ridge Brooke and Taylor. Definitely not HFTF related.

I thought Taylor was there to tell Thomas that Hope has feelings for him. Although that is just Steffy's opinion.
