You hit the nail on the head. Liam does have a pea brain and a gigantic ego. And he is Rescue Ranger at heart so he can not see trouble ahead when he is constantly borrowing trouble before it even starts.
I do not look for that to change, not even if one or the other, Liam or Hope walks out.

Thomas already told Hope this business trip is gonna get "intense" and Hope told him that they will just have to "focus on work". I think whatever this media circus is will actually be worse for Hope with that work husband there..the media will haunt her with garbage like you and Thomas are so perfect together you should be a couple blah blah....she'll feel pressured and uncomfortable if the media gets personal knowing that she's a married woman to Liam. Just a guess.

While I understand Liam's concerns, it would be completely unfair to ask Thomas, the lead designer, not to go to Rome, where his collection is being unveiled. Either you accept that they work together, or it's a deal breaker for you. You can't expect to make demands regarding the business. This behavior will be

That sounds like a stubborn person who just digs their heels in deeper. SHe's been doing that for years when it comes to Thomas. And Liam should not have go to on the trip and distract his wife from her feelings for another man and keep her mind on her job. She is the one saying SHE can do that on her own.

What's completely unfair is Hope rehiring Thomas as the lead designer. After the CPS crap, Hope made it crystal clear Thomas blew his last chance and she would never give him another chance. They shouldn't be in the same room together if she meant that promise, so it's completely fair to say that flying to a romantic city together is hugely inappropriate.

I am sure it does. Some feel as if Hope should drop HFTF and stay home Liam. There has been a tremendous amount of money spend and a big deal going to Rome.
